The successful Station Controller will be a self-motivated individual with existing line maintenance experience, who is able to supervise personnel and demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Line Maintenance Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of West Atlantic Line Stations in EDI and ABZ.

Duties

  • Reporting to Line Maintenance Manager
  • Leadership and management
  • Management of Routine Maintenance
  • Aircraft Incidents/AOG’s and Third-Party Liaison
  • Manpower planning, recruitment, retention, and staff performance management
  • Ensuring appropriate spares and equipment are available at each location
  • Budgeting, invoicing, and negotiation
  • Conducting regular visits to ABZ
  • Supervision and mentoring of line maintenance personnel
  • Investigating Maintenance Delays, Engineering Safety Reports and Non-Compliances

Experience

  • Aircraft Line Maintenance experience
  • UK CAA Part-66 License holder & Recency (Essential): • Boeing 737-CL/NG
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management
  • Effectively communicate progress to Senior Management/LMC
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership experience, capable of remotely managing diverse teams
  • Good IT Literacy
  • Unrestricted right to work and travel in the UK
