Comair Flight Services Full Jobs Description
Comair Flight Services (CFS) is a Lanseria based aircraft operator specialising in aircraft management, charter, sales and FBO services. The company manages and operates a large and diverse fleet ofaircraft on various country registers, and which are based in and around Africa. We are currently looking for an individual to join our highly efficient, energetic and dynamic team as an Operations Administrator.
The position reports to the RF:PO and Operations Team Leader and primarily entails general management of the company’s day-to-day flight and ground operations. The Air Crew, Operations Control and Flight Line teams report to the RPFO.
Key Duties
Some of the key duties for this position include:

Responsible for continuous updating and monitoring of operational files, crew and other documentation and the updating Chartermax system for crew recency.

Liaise with chief pilot, training captain and crew with regards to ongoing issues.
-
Assists the RPFO in the daily administrative duties of the department which include office administration, answering phones, filing, errands and deliveries.
-
Maintain, update, and distribute internal reports.
-
Verify timesheets, staff checklists, invoices, credit card expenses, etc. and prepare for RPFO’s approval.

Obtain and update fuel prices register.
-
Take meeting minutes.
-
Assist RPFO with managing crew rosters.
-
Provide daily status report for manager’s briefing.
-
Verify controlled documentation and ensure it is accurately completed & tracked.

Will be required to perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the RP:FO.

Manage RPFO’s diary.
