Flynas Full Jobs Description
- Be a single point of contact in all operational aspects related to the operational period of 72 hours;
- Coordinate matters related to the execution of the program within the operational period of 72 hours;
- Facilitate communication and precise information flow within the company and with external parties;
- Responsible for optimizing the tactical management flight operation in the event of delays and disruptions.
- Manage and coordinate NOCC daily duties;
- Ensure a safe and secure operation.
- Handling of irregularities, crisis management, compliance and emergency response.
- Taking preventive actions and planning in advance for upcoming possible irregularities;
- Optimization and continuous improvement of measures;
- Coordination and matching of important activities with the objective of reaching the best decision for the company and the customer;
- Conduct and lead the daily and weekly operational meetings;
- Maintain and ensure continuous OTP follow-up and reporting.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Senior Network Control Manager
job requirements:
- Significant experience with at least 05 years in an operations environment is a must:
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Proven Experience in Airline Ops System ie AIMS
- Proven Knowledge of Crewing and Aircraft Scheduling
- Proven knowledge of applicable rules and legislation in aviation industry, having knowledge in GACAR Regulations Part 119 and 121 is an advantage
- Knowledge of Flight Planning requirements is essential
- Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Schedule is an advantage
- Knowledge of Ground Operations is an advantage
- Knowledge of Aircraft Scheduling is an advantage
- Solid experience in an operational role within a medium size or Low Cost Carrier (LCC) airline;
- Knowledge and experience in the requirements of industry and regulatory compliance matters;
- Well-developed problem-solving capability.
- Extremely well organized.
- High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure and meeting deadlines

Job Purpose
NOC Planner supports the Line Manager in all aspects of pre-flight operations and daily flight operations to ensure schedule integrity, and provides key disruption management inputs to the NOC team.

_Continually monitor and take proactive actions to avoid or minimize disruptions to flight schedules within the NOC operations window:
_Ensure a safe and secure operation.
_Responsible to provide and implement solutions to deliver brand continuity and protection, while promoting the most advantageous economic outcome.
_Manage and validate assign aircraft tail to the schedule routes i.e aircraft profile vs routes
_Incorporate the Monthly Aircraft schedule Maintenance to AIMS , but not limited to Daily, Weekly MX schedule.
_Assess and provide feedback on Aircraft Availability for Charter/ADHOC , additional flight request
_Coordinate between Commercial NWS and Flt Ops CSP on schedule adjustment requirement
_Coordinate between Commercial NWS and Flt Ops CSP for Charter/ADHOC, Additional flights * crewing availability
_Manage and ensure all Overfly permits, Civil Aviation and Fleet station approval in placed.
_Manage and publish the Daily Aircraft Rotation for next day.
_Participate in collaborative decision-making processes with all internal and external stakeholders.
_Ensure compliance with all applicable business and industry specific regulations, and legislative requirements, as prescribed in the NOC (OCCM) and Operations Manuals.
_Monitor and recommend plans to recover irregular operations efficiently with the most favorable outcome, taking into consideration economic, brand value and operational efficiency.
_Proactively monitor and analyzes all available information to pre-empt and minimize or avoid operational disruptions

_The NOC Officer is responsible to coordinate with Flight Dispatchers, Crew Controllers, Maintenance _Controllers and Ground Ops to ensure regulatory and technical issues are well coordinated and clearly disseminated to the Duty NOC Manager and Senior Network Control Manager.
_Continually monitor and take proactive actions to avoid or minimize disruptions to flight schedules during DOPS , window + 72Hrs.
_Ensure a safe and secure operation.
_Coordination of the daily flying operation
a.Monitor Airports, Weather and availability of aircraft and crew
b.Maintain continual and open communications with GOPS/Station reps
c.Maintain AIMS up to date on actual data’s including the amount of delays & reason if any
d.Communicate with Flight Watch any details that may impact the running flight schedule
e.Consult with MCC regarding fleet limitations and planned maintenance events prior to tail allocation
f.Clear communication channel with Crewing Officers regarding any changes to duty times through operational disruption;
g.Prepare a daily handover, maintain daily operations log
_Communication and disruption management – under direction of NOC Duty Manager
_Compliance and emergency response- assist as directed by the NOC Duty Manager
_Ensure compliance with all applicable business and industry specific regulations and legislative requirements, as prescribed in the NOC (OCCM) and Operational Manuals
