Greater Bay Airlines Full Jobs Description
You are expected to support day-to-day processes in the Safety Management System (SMS) and Flight Data Analysis Program (FDAP) to ensure safe flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Flight Data Monitoring software system
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of Flight Data Analysis Programme
- Support to prepare regular FDAP reports and review meetings
- Monitor the serviceability of flight data recording and analysis systems
- Assist in the implementation of quality safety management database
- Manage safety data for risk and trend analysis and management review
- Support the development of SMS related training and promotion materials
- Support safety occurrence investigations
- Support the IOSA accreditation in SMS and FDAP
- Undertake any projects directed from Head of Corporate Quality, Safety and Security
Requirements:
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- University education in aviation-related or safety science or risk management discipline or Holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Mechanic licence or Commercial Pilot Licence or Air Transportation Pilot Licence
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in aviation roles related to airline flight operations or Flight Data Analysis Programme or Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Familiar with SMS and Flight Data Analysis operations
- Familiar with the IOSA programme
- Familiar with business intelligence software, such as Power BI will be an advantage
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua a significant advantage
- Detail-minded, organized and responsible
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Aged 18 or over
- Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated
- A minimum of: Level 2 or equivalent in 5 HKDSE NSS subjects including English Language; OR Pass in 5 HKCEE subjects including English Language
- A minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
- Fluency in oral English and Cantonese with the ability to read and write Chinese. Good command of one or more of the following Asian languages: Putonghua, Japanese or Korean would be definitely an added advantage
- A team player, with sound communication and interpersonal skills
- People oriented with strong customer service ethos
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in the hospitality industry a distinct advantage
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
