Qatar Airways Terminal Standard Supervisor Jobs Description
About the role:
As a Terminal Standard Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:
- Responsible in monitoring the quality of cleaning services carried out by the outsourced companies for Hamad International Airport. Ensuring the high standards and safety are followed in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation and hygienic environment while following cleaning methods in line with specific asset requirements
- Performs a minimum number of audit inspections per shift as per standard set by Facilities Management and update the audit spreadsheet.
- Monitor the cleaning schedule (daily and deep cleaning) carried out by the suppliers which was has been verified by Facilities Management.
- Monitor the overall facilities of the Airport and report any asset that requires maintenance to the Fault Reporting Centre to ensure any issue is captured, notification will be send to correct department for rectification.
- Ensure that the Daily Shift Report is completed and participates in shift handover, highlighting any issue/concern to ensure the continuity of the operational flow.
Qualifications
About you:
- High School, Vocational, Diploma or Equivalent Qualification with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 2 year of job-related experience
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Methodology in Cleaning, chemicals and cleaning equipment, Hazard Analysis and critical control points, Basic understanding of waste management and Basic understanding of pest control
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English language
