New opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our Enterprise Services, Property team, where you will lead Property Management services across the various Toll Group businesses, oversee a portfolio of property assets spread across Aus/NZ and ensure that all property related matters are well managed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance – accountable for managing the team to provide property management services in a manner that maximises performance for the associated business unit.
  • Leadership – manage the Aus/NZ Property Management Team, taking accountability for their performance and growth, seeking to establish and maintain a high-performance environment.
  • Stakeholders – manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong working relationships that facilitates the team’s effectiveness and reputation as the centre of excellence for property management services within the organisation and with external stakeholders.
  • Expertise – provide property market expertise and intelligence to assist the business with maximising the value of its’ property portfolio.
  • Development – support property development of new assets by working closely with the National Property Development Manager to support the organisations property development strategy and initiatives.
  • Systems/Processes – ensure that corporate real estate reporting, systems and practices are efficient and effective.

Qualifications

To ensure your success you will possess:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years in the property industry, across Commercial/Industrial
  • Property Management experience in a corporate environment or agency preferably within an industrial property management emphasis.
  • Broad ranging general commercial experience.
  • Personal commitment to quality, timeliness and continuous improvement.
  • Report writing skills
  • Commitment to Performance – Identifies key issues/opportunities that impact business performance and takes appropriate action to produce high quality of work.
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel, Property Management systems-Vision experience preferable.
  • Property and/or relevant tertiary qualification
