 Wiking Helikopter Service Full Jobs Description

Tasks:
  • Monitoring the continuing airworthiness of all aircraft operated by WIKING and the functionality of all operational and emergency equipment.
  • Compliance with EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO regulations and requirements of the National Aviation Authority (LBA)
  • Commissioning of maintenance activities based on the approved maintenance programs
  • Creation of routine and non-routine maintenance events
  • Development and modification of task cards and preparation of engineering orders
  • Manage approvals for modifications and repairs and liaise with type certificate holders and component manufacturers and other Part 21 organizations
  • Preparation of dimensional and balance calculations/statements
  • Work with assigned Part-145 AMO, Flight Operations, internal CAMO coordination personnel, and other relevant external entities on airworthiness issues, applicable regulations, airworthiness management procedures, and/or CAME assessment of AD, LTA, SB together and technical information from TC and STC holders and authorities
  • Incorporation of performed maintenance activities into maintenance management software
  • Performing failure analyses
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of all technical records and documentation
  • Supporting the airworthiness review for issuance of a certificate of airworthiness
  • On-call support for 24/7 coverage in CAMO
  • Substitute support in maintenance planning
  • Monitoring of aircraft and engine operating parameters (HUMS, oil monitoring, trend data monitoring)
Profile:
  • University degree or qualification as aircraft technician with technical studies and/or EASA Part 66 license with additional training or equivalent training
  • Desirable knowledge and experience regarding continuing airworthiness and aviation specific regulations
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in the field of aircraft maintenance of helicopters, preferably with the types H145 or AW139
  • good EASA legal knowledge in Part CAMO and Part-145 including Human Factors
  • Experience with aircraft maintenance programsExperience with operator/MRO software, Gannet knowledge is an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Analytical thinking team player
