 Air Transport International Full Jobs Description

POSITION PURPOSE

Position will provide assistance with various company projects and initiatives.  Work hours vary depending on project assignment but will not exceed 30 hours per week. Individual(s) will be part of a Casual Pool working on short term and long term projects as operational needs indicate.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  1. Energetic individual
  2. Perform administrative assistance and support for designated department.
  3. Input data into multiple data base systems (Prime, Sabre, Excel, etc.)
  4. Ability to file numerically and alphabetically.
  5. Create professional documents and reports to assist designated department (MS Office Products).
  6. Maintain confidential files.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers through written or verbal communication.
  3. Possess strong attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
  4. Must be multi-task oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  5. Previous administrative, inventory or warehouse experience is a plus.
  6. Self-motivated, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  7. Accurate typing skills.
