We are looking for a Crew Planner for the Operations Planning team of Nordic Regional Airlines Oy (Norway) for a fixed-term employment relationship until April 30, 2024. However, there is also the possibility of permanent/continuation of the job at the end of the deputation. Norran’s Crew Planning team takes care of that. Work shift planning for 550 flying staff members.

As a Crew Planner, the task includes planning the flight staff’s shift lists, planning annual leave, managing absences and booking crew hotels and transportation. Shift planning aims at economical crew use in such a way that the working time regulations, other working time regulations related to flying, such as EASA FTL and the company’s own manuals, as well as TES issues are taken into account.

In your task, you make use of various operational systems, for example the CMS (Crew Management System) crew management system. Your job description includes plenty of interaction with our flying staff, your own department and other stakeholders.
