We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading an IT team to ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.
- Implement, backup, and document configuration within the GoJet Airlines IT environment.
- Establish security structures to prevent unauthorized access to any system or controls.
- Establish backup systems and policy to meet Restore Point Objectives, (RPO)
- Establish policies and processes to meet Return to Operation objectives, (RTO)
- Establish patching cadence and verification methods for critical systems.
- Communicate to the CIO all major infrastructure changes.
- Use NIST or similar framework guidance to stand-up systems and technologies architectures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees under their supervision.
- Review and advise on cyber security posture every quarter.
- Assure the Emergency Operations Center functionality is available to SOC (Systems Operation Control) users for activations.
- Establish policies and procedures for Helpdesk employees to include manual onboarding of employees with assignments to security groups.
- Establish controls and monitoring of cyber assets for malicious cyber activity.
- Use change management practices outlined herein to advise the airline partners of major changes.
- Will ensure that all network documentation is up to date.
- Will establish the security roles for GoJet Airline employees for correct system access based on departments and ad hoc needs.
- Responsible for the Systems Administrator, Helpdesk, and Network Administrator personnel.
- Point of contact for activation of the Operational Crisis Response Action Plan involving infrastructure-related issues.
- Provide a baseline of configurations to the environment to ensure the cyber assets have the installed required cyber protections.
- Act as a point of contact for United Airlines systems changes, requests, and incident response.
- Act as a point person in the event of an Operational Crisis Response Action Plan activation.
- Act as point of contact for DHS TSA for infrastructure items under GoJet AOSSP.
- Lead on new technologies for efficiency and cybersecurity in the airline environment.
- Perform risk assessments on IT infrastructure.
- Perform root cause analysis and reports of incidents involving operational consequences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally able to work in the United States
