About the role

We are hiring a talented individual with skills to establish, own, manage, grow and retain a portfolio of key B2B customers, focusing on driving revenue and best practice adoption through deep understanding of customers’ needs, challenges and opportunities within their business. Developing a strategic tailored account plan and to drive customer success & achieve revenue targets. Responsible for the identification, acquisition, implementation, development, and retention of a line of business that that Qatar Airways manages and develops globally.

Other key strategic & operational duties would include:

  • Develop strong customer relationships that deliver impactful results on ambitious annual targets.
  • Responsible for account management across the full sales cycle (identification, acquisition, implementation, development, and retention) for the identified line of business using data as a key reference point. For all accounts in the portfolio, account management applies for all points-of-sale and points-of-origin.
  • Based on the knowledge gained from managing the line of business, provide recommendations to management on:
    • Development of the commercial strategy;
    • Introduction of new product/routes and service offerings; and
    • Business opportunities and risks for Qatar Airways.
  • Achieve and exceed the assigned revenue target and personal revenue target for each financial year.
  • Initiate and drive negotiations by conducting regular reviews with clients, to understand their requirements and provide them with competitive options to derive maximum revenue

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Global Sales team.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential
  • 8+ years of experience managing B2B portfolio of clients.
  • Possess skills in analysis and interpreting analysis for business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure & independently.
  • Manage & develop internal & external stakeholder relationships.

You MUST also have the right to live and work in the US to be considered for this role.
