The Client Experience Specialist I is responsible to build, uphold, and enhance our owners in our fractional program through the correct and complete execution of owner requests. The OSS I must be a nimble, logical thinker who can solve problems using job knowledge, sound judgment, critical thinking, and involving senior team members as needed for guidance and education.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Accurately and efficiently build quotes, trips, and documents for our owners, helping them plan their travel in a consultative role, anticipating owner needs and correctly interpreting their requests, and seeking clarification when needed.
  • Learn and use your resources to ensure accuracy and obtain correct answers to the inevitable questions that will arise. Learn the organization and know whom to ask when you have a question and where to look for information.
  • Enter concise, accurate notes in our systems to ensure pertinent information is available to everyone who works with the trip thereafter, documenting every interaction with the owner whether by email or phone.
  • Monitor incoming and existing trips and tasks, keeping the rest of the team informed of any concerns or questions that arise.
  • Escalate High Awareness owner issues to OSS III and/or MOD as appropriate, contributing details, suggestions, and customer follow-up as needed.
  • Escalate changes and complex operations to OSS II, OSS III and/or MOD as appropriate.
  • Assist with shift change handoffs, ensuring that all pertinent information is passed to the incoming team members.
  • Arrange for special cleanings and set up services according to current procedures.
  • Acquire an understanding of special operations airports and other flight concerns to ensure that Mission Planning reviews any trip which may be affected by weather, altitude, noise abatement, etc.
  • Interrogate ambiguous communications, verify, and confirm information prior to making any commitments. Apply critical thinking to even the simplest situation to minimize the opportunity for errors to affect the owner experience.
  • Execute opening or closing procedures (appropriate to shift) completely and correctly according to current procedural documentation.
  • Accept customer calls and emails with courteous, professional, accurate emails and documents.
  • Collaborate with all flight operations team members and teammates to ensure the correct execution of each trip and to effectively handle any issues impacting our owner’s travel plans, such as weather delays, diversions, and other events.
  • Align all actions with meeting our owners’ highest expectations.
  • Support the Owner Services team in building, upholding, and enhancing Airshare’s relationship with every owner.
  • Model excellent communication, organizational, and stress management skills to set the tone for the team.
  • Other duties as assigned; it must be understood that all positions evolve according to continuous improvement and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

One or more years of experience in brand-conscious customer service or demonstrated aptitude and ability to provide the level of customer service expected in private aviation.

  • Strong detail orientation, organization, and proven time management skills.
  • Must possess and exhibit a strong business professionalism and professional maturity.
  • Strong professionalism through effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to fulfill changing operational requirements.
