About the role
In this role, your primary responsibility would be to work as a business analyst for IT projects, capturing requirements from business users and drafting the requirements as product backlog or document. You will be involved in all other phases of project life cycle including development, testing and user acceptance. You must assist the development team in understanding the requirements and provide all the necessary inputs for the team to complete development in timely manner.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

Working closely with business users, development team, vendors and internal supporting departments.

Providing training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Performing user acceptance testing.

Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Knowledge on RFI, RFP, Technical Review and other contract and procurement process for IT Solutions with business users is an added advantage.

Qualifications
About You:
To be successful in the role you must hold a degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Sciences. You must have 4 plus years of IT industry experience as a business analyst in software development, especially on end-to-end software development life cycle projects from requirements phase until delivery and rollout. You should have executed projects as BA on AzureDevOps using SCRUM methodology. You must possess excellent written and communication skills. You should be well versed in tools like Visio or equivalent to create business process flow diagrams under the functional requirements sections. You should be able to transition requirements in to proper user stories and provide inputs to the development and testing teams during the execution phase of the project. You should have experience in testing the software application to ensure that all the functional requirements are met before releasing to end users. You should coordinate with the project teams in all phases of the project as a functional expert and perform your role as a solid team player.
