About the role
Embark on a transformative journey with Qatar Airways as the Manager of HR Processes, where you will spearhead strategic initiatives by overseeing and optimizing procedures within HR Services function to drive organizational excellence. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR innovation by developing and implementing new HR processes, streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with other departments for implementation of integrated HR processes.
Some of the role’s responsibilities include:
- Continuously review and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR procedures in alignment with new policy or procedure changes.
- Ensure proper change assessment for HR procedures to comply with Labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Establish and recommend key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR processes by analyzing HR processes & data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with overall business objectives.
- Utilize process mapping tools to create visual representations of HR processes, such as flowcharts, to enhance understanding and identify potential areas for improvement.

Essential
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in business process mapping tools such as MS-Visio.
Preferred
- Certification in business process management
